I'm a product designer drawn to ambitious, messy problems that require strategic thinking and strong creative instinct. The work I enjoy most continues to evolve across shifting contexts, constraints, and teams, which is why I care deeply about thoughtful collaboration and perspectives that push ideas further. I'm motivated by sharp thinking, well considered details, and building work that lasts in the real world.

I led design for threaded channels in Microsoft Teams, defining a new interaction model for how conversations scale across channels, meetings, and collaboration workflows. I designed the side-pane threading architecture across desktop and mobile, enabling people to move fluidly between discussion layers while maintaining orientation and context. The work established a foundational collaboration model for Teams and was later extended to support experiences like AI-powered conversation summarisation. Announced publicly at Microsoft Ignite. Forwarding started as a lightweight way to share a single message. Over time, the way people collaborated inside Teams outgrew that model and conversations became collections of decisions, context, and artefacts spread across multiple messages. I led the evolution of forwarding from a single message share action into a structured composition workflow, introducing multi-message forwarding, original-context deeplinks, richer compose, and scalable preview systems.
Slash commands introduced a faster, more composable way to interact with Teams - transforming chat from a conversation surface into an executable workflow layer. I shaped the cross-platform interaction patterns for command discovery, execution, and contextual feedback, creating a scalable foundation for extensible and AI-powered actions.

For years, businesses on Twitter operated like consumers: teams shared passwords, accounts blurred together, and organisational workflows lived outside the product. Business Settings introduced a new operational model for advertisers, agencies, and partners by shifting Twitter from account-based access to organisation-based collaboration. I shaped design for the permission and governance systems behind the experience, establishing scalable patterns for role-based access, account relationships, and professional collaboration across Twitter's ads ecosystem.

As Twitter's business infrastructure evolved toward role-based permissions and organisation-level collaboration, I led the design of Professional Notifications: a system that routed critical alerts to the right people based on their responsibilities inside the business hierarchy. Campaign approvals reached approvers, billing issues reached finance owners, and catalog or measurement failures reached the teams responsible for resolving them. The work transformed notifications from generic account activity into an operational coordination layer for advertisers, agencies, and large-scale campaign workflows - and later exposed broader navigation and information architecture challenges that led into a separate Global Navigation initiative.

At Zero, I designed local grocery marketplace experiences across discovery, fulfilment, and checkout, helping customers trust product quality, delivery timing, and what would arrive at their door. I also helped evolve the experience for expansion into Los Angeles and additional markets, designing for the operational complexity of scaling a curated marketplace. TechcrunchVogue
